Physiology is Relational
Community-based learning about our bodies, form + function, and how stress, trauma and oppression affect us physically is an important component of a restored way of healthcare. All classes are held in-person in Berkeley, CA and folks can participate from anywhere via Zoom. Every class includes didactic information and practical exercises and/or applicable resources. All classes will be recorded and shared with participants, along with a pdf of the slides and any additional resources.
