Modus Operandi (MO) is an online self-paced online course, a holistic set of ley-lines for the creative process, from intention to integration.

MO is a form, fashion, habit, system, process, practice. Stir up your inspiration, clarify for your intention, make a solid preparation plan, explore how you want to feel as you create/perform/offer, feel grounded in follow through tasks, and know what helps you rest and integrate for real.

Community-based learning about our bodies, form + function, and how stress, trauma and oppression affect us physically is an important component of a restored way of healthcare. All classes are held in-person in Berkeley, CA and folks can participate from anywhere via Zoom. Every class includes didactic information and practical exercises and/or applicable resources. All classes will be recorded and shared with participants, along with a pdf of the slides and any additional resources.
