When the moon is full, it’s the time for action! Time to show off your beauty and offerings, put it out there in the world. No matter the phase of the moon, this time of offering is a time to share with the world some phase of your vision.
Primal Sequence: Birth Process
This is the time when you were born, when you and your birthing parent collaborated to bring you from inside their body into the world. You’ve worked to come to this time and place. Trust your preparation. You have all the power and wisdom you need. You are ready. Make your move. Remember you can pause during action to rest, connect, and remember your intention. Exercise: What do you know about your birth? What do you know about the beginning of your birth, the middle, the end when you came out into the world?

The birth process is a primal experience of action! You are doing the thing that allows you to have your own body in your own life. When you give birth, this is the culminating action of the many moons of this baby developing inside of you.
The birth process can be sequenced in and of itself.
Intention phase: early and active labor (also known as Stage 1, preparation for and beginning of inlet dynamics)
Preparation phase: transition (end of Stage 1 as it moves into Stage 2, mid-pelvis)
Action: pushing (also known as Stage 2, mid-pelvis and moving into outlet dynamics)
Follow through: birthing the placenta (also known as Stage 3, outlet dynamics)
Integration: the golden hour
